Order preparation

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

Carriers

We use UPS, DHL, FedEx and Poste Italiane. The carrier is selected according to the destination and service availability.

Delivery times

Estimated transit times after handover to the carrier are:

• Italy: 2–3 business days.
• Other countries: 5–7 business days.

Delivery times are in addition to order preparation time. Remote destinations, islands or shipments subject to customs checks may experience delays. We will notify customers of any known changes; their statutory rights remain unaffected.

Destinations and shipping charges

We ship to destinations enabled in the store and available at checkout. Standard shipping costs €4.99 per order; the applicable charge is shown before purchase confirmation.
